Director

Kirsten is passionate about people and began her career seventeen years ago working in the community development and mental health sector, it was during this time that Kirsten got a taste for employment and has not looked back!


Kirsten has supported hundreds of people into meaningful employment over the years working with people across all walks of life including released offenders, people with health and disability challenges and youth/rangatahi. Her reputation and innovative ideas caught the attention of large government organisations and she has worked collaboratively with them to create employment events in Rotorua.

In early 2021 Kirsten decided to take the plunge and start her own company where she could further strengthen her relationships with the local business community. 


Kirsten wants to bring the personable approach back into recruitment and change the way recruitment is done for the better. 

Kirsten believes there is a need and desire to keep things local… and what better than someone who is born and bred here!?

KELLY KNIGHT

Branch Manager (Rotorua)

Kelly has been in the recruitment industry for nine years between New Zealand and Australia. She has worked in recruitment roles from Labourers through to PA/EA’s and is very passionate about placing the right people in the right roles.


Kelly was born in Rotorua and attended local schools, at the age of 18  she had a stint further afield for about eleven years. In this time, she was studying in Palmerston North and then headed to Australia to work on a gas project where her passion for recruitment started. Kelly was part of recruiting and onboarding new employees from all around the world for the project. Predominantly employing Kiwis. She then returned to Palmerston North and continued on her recruitment career.


Kelly returned to Rotorua four years ago with her husband and son and has since added to her family with her daughter. Outside of work Kelly is currently renovating her home and running two Airbnb’s in Rotorua. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with the family in the forest and exploring new activities with the kids.


Kelly is passionate about recruitment and is all about ensuring each placement is the right fit for the role.

CHARIS BEEHRE

Junior Recruitment Consultant

Charis started working for the company as an administration assistant, and prior to this she worked in a customer service role and enjoys interacting with people. 

Charis aspires to be a clinical psychologist and has a real passion for working with people and empowering them to meet their full potential. 

Charis will be working under the guidance of our senior staff, and will be the first point of contact for our temp staff when they apply for roles.

PATTY MAXFIELD

Administrator

Patty comes from a background in sales and has joined the Top Staff Solutions team in a part time role to assist with the administration side of the business.


Patty works as a Real Estate Agent as her fulltime role, she thoroughly enjoys working with people and seeing them achieve results. Previous to her real estate career she was in the banking and finance sector for eighteen years; her roles varied from Lending, 2IC and Branch Manager. Patty has a drive to succeed and this is apparent in many roles throughout her life.


Patty can confidentially interact with people from any background and enjoy working with individuals and adapting her approach to suit each situation.


Patty has lived in Rotorua for many years now and completed short stints around the country also. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends, family and the beautiful outdoors with her dog.

Patty looks forward to working with the team to achieve some great results, she truly believes in TEAM work.
